Sagitario Princesa Playa

Ha sido un viaje de 10. La temporada, ubicación y limpieza del hotel han sido impecables. Sin duda volveré, lo recomiendo 100% para familias.

We have just returned for a 7 night stay and we are all disappointed to be home! We had two twin rooms which were clean and spacious with nice balconies (one over looking the pool and one over the gardens). The hotel is clean, very well presented with lovely grounds. Large pool area which has more than enough sun loungers (never saw anyone 'reserving' them) and a chilled out vibe. We really liked the peace and pace of this hotel. Very relaxing. Staff are all friendly and very helpful when we wanted to know how to use the buses (definitely recommend as very easy) There is a beach (take water shoes as rocky but great for snorkeling), restaurants and shops out the back of the hotel or a 15 minute walk to a sandy beach and the marina with lots of shops and places to eat. We loved this hotel and hope to be back.

We booked this fabulous hotel via Jet2 Holidays and what a pleasure it's been for 10 days. The Jet2 flight was on time and enjoyable and the transfer process seamless. A very warm welcome on our arrival and we were taken to our Junior Suite by an extremely helpful member of reception as it would have been difficult to find by ourselves, being in a separate block (as they all are) Perfect peace and quiet with numerous sun loungers and umbrellas. The food? Well...I enjoy my food and this was one of the best hotels I've stayed in for quality, variety and availability. 10 out of 10. The staff were extremely professional, well presented and pleasant. The evening entertainment was just that...entertaining. A couple of evenings were better than some but after all, it was included and the only extras to pay for were drinks and they were reasonably priced All the other customers seemed happy with their stay here too. What a wonderful place to stay. A short walk to a couple of beaches and the marina for shops and plenty of restaurants to choose from although we only only needed a snack lunchtime, being on half board.

Very nice hotel in Son Xoriguer not far from the marina area of Cala n Bosch. Kept very clean and the staff are all excellent. (Esther and Jessica at breakfast particularly). More than enough choice at the buffet for breakfast. We didn’t have a pool view room but the garden view at the back was good and very quiet. Only little niggle for me was that you were only given enough tea/coffee and a bottle of water for the first day. However there was a fridge to keep purchases of milk, water and pop. Easy walk to the marina and some nice walks along the coast.

Impressive reception area. Immaculately clean with lots of lovely greenery. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Room was great. Enough room for the two of us with a desk and couple of chairs, overlooking pool with a nice balcony and a spacious bathroom with a pretty powerful shower and complimentary bath/shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Pool area is simply lovely. Lots of beds - no need to reserve (though we did spot the odd one or two) - but more parasols needed! Pool bar great for morning coffee as the coffee out of the machine in the restaurant at breakfast is not the best. Breakfast is just ok and didn't change throughout our 10 days there. We're vegetarians so decided to forego evening meals as they don't really cater for us, sadly. Plus point, they offer cava at breakfast and to be fair the pastries are really delicious but otherwise usual hotel buffet food along with obligatory temperamental toast machine and any kind of meat you can think of. 15 mins walk to marina or 5 to some wonderful restaurants on Son Xoriguer beach.

We had to change our room after a few nights because there was a continuous humming noise which disturbed our sleep. It sounded like a generator or noisy fridge. The staff kindly moved us to another room which was absolutely fine. The hotel staff, from reception to the dining room and bars are exceptional and very friendly. We loved the location of the hotel, fairly close to beaches, 15-20 minute walk to the marina for nice bars, shops and restaurants. There is a bus which stops close to the hotel which takes you to Cuitadella for €2.05. Journey only 25 minutes. Drink prices were fair and pleasant singers in the evenings. We would like to return but sadly the food wasn’t the best. Lukewarm soup, not enough variety (apart from the desserts!). I can’t believe there was never a traditional paella! One of the reasons I visit a Spanish island. My husband found the breakfast disappointing. No omelettes, just fried, scrambled or hard boiled eggs.

If I had one criticism it would be the lack of a plug socket near the mirror in the bedroom. Apart from that we had a fantastic stay! The pool is amazing, water was cold when we went as there had been some not so great weather but once you’re in it’s fab. We were self catering but ate at the pool bar a few times and the food is good. Try the sobrasada baguette and the bravas potato’s. The staff at the pool bar are lovely. There’s a little supermarket which is more of a gift shop with a few grocery essentials but there are plenty of supermarkets around so not a problem. The lady at the counter was lovely and so helpful. The first night the walk to the harbour seemed long but we soon realised it wasn’t very far and we walked there a lot! It feels very safe walking back to the hotel late. Most nights we (myself and my 18 year old daughter) left the harbour at 1am and felt totally safe. On our last night we walked back at 3am as we were drinking with some of the Spanish bar/restaurant staff and again it felt so safe. Everywhere in the resort is clean, no rubbish, and the hotel itself was also really clean. Pool was spotless. Room was also very clean even the fridge! The Reception staff were friendly and helpful especially Sébastien and I must give a special mention to the night Concierge, Tariq, who let us into the hotel each night after being out. He was so helpful and friendly and he said he had been working at the hotel for over 20 years and loved his job. Wonderful holiday experience thanks to a wonderful stay at this hotel. Cannot fault this hotel at all. Lovely friendly staff especially Cristian at breakfast and evening meal. Clean and comfortable and a great pool area. Near to the marina and nice and quiet. Ideal for my husband who is a wheelchair user as they had a wet room and a shower chair. Will definitely recommend 🥰

Recently returned from a week in this hotel with my wife and had a relaxing break. We had previously stayed at on of their sister hotels in Cala Blanca and thought we would try Cala’n Bosch as the area looked a little livelier for nightlife - i.e. the marina area. The marina is approximately a 15 min walk from the hotel but there are no bars or restaurants in between (save for other hotels). Positives for the hotel:- All the staff were very friendly and helpful Excellent pool with a variety of areas to sunbathe or sit in the shade and no problem (at this time of year) getting sun beds Good size balcony Very nice gardens with plenty of shaded areas Pool snack bar had a good selection of meals & snacks; generous portions and reasonably priced Rooms had 2 comfy chairs in the room :- A few small negatives:- Room decor quite tired - we were in the main hotel building No small table in room No light in balcony for sitting out at night - the rooms on the south of the pool had balcony lights No condiments (salt & pepper) on the tables at the evening meal Not enough parasols at the pool - was adequate at this time of year but would imagine shortages in peak periods. There was entertainment every night which was a bit hit and miss. We enjoyed our stay overall but the small negatives, in my opinion, stop this hotel being a good 4 star hotel (unlike it’s sister hotel Gran Sagitario in Cala Blanca)
